In order to avoid perennial and over dependence on donor support, the ministry is planning to:-

1. Put up fixed assets like:-

a. Low cost Schools (Orphans and vulnerable children to be given preference and consideration)

b. Start computer, dressmaking, carpentry and metal works centers etc.

c. Operate information and communication bureaus.

d. Rental houses in the cities, towns and markets.

2. Conference facilities etc.

a. Get involved in different forms of farming (Agricultural Activities)

b. Church giving and contributions.

c. Indulge in other viable
