Truevine Ministries International (TVMI) is a Pentecostal Christian organization providing spiritual and non-sectarian physical aid to the hurting people around the world. Since 1998, the ministry has been involved meeting needs of many people, educating Orphans and vulnerable children, poverty alleviation, health care and food security with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Bishop Joseph Kioko, is the president of the ministry which is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. This ministry is devoted to preaching, evangelizing and equipping church leaders and all Christians to have “Answers for their Faith”. It is the umbrella organization to Truevine Gospel Church(es) and some community based organizations in both urban and rural Kenya, and other Sub-Saharan countries.

The objective mission of this ministry is to change and positively impact all people’s lives for Jesus Christ and, nurture just and harmonious communities where the mankind will live in love, and peace regardless of their religious beliefs, traditions and affiliations. This ministry again, bears a corporate social responsibility as part of its contribution to the communities where the interested groups or individuals access support both spiritual and physical thus becoming a unique organization, dedicated to a life change by focusing on basic needs in the belief that education is a critical requisite for a socio-economic development.

In keeping with this focus, our partners and sponsors are involved in support of projects that are not sectarian and have an education-related component.

LEGAL STATUS

Truevine Ministries International, is registered in Kenya  under CERT. NO.31319. It is a non- political and non-profit making organization with a constitution, by-laws, statement of faith and defined leadership structures which are a reason for its prosperity and expansion. Our driving force is the Will of God to the mankind, to love and live a holy life that will touch the heart of God, the people and be pure in every process in life.

ON GROWTH

1 Peter 2:2 - As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: Apostle Peter is telling us to desire sincere milk as new in the Lord we need to know and understand God from His word, nothing but God's word. Peter was mandated by the Lord Jesus, John 21:15 - So when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these? He said to Him, Yes, Lord; You know that I love You. He said to him, "Feed my lambs". 16 He said to him again the second time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, Tend My sheep." 17 He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, Do you love Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.

Apostle Peter Knew that children of the Lord need God's word to grow hence David said in Psalms 119:105  Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. As a new believer you need God's word to lighten your Path for there are tempting situations in a life of every believer but if we know His word, we will be in a good position to respond without sinning and overcome all challenges in our christian walk.

THE CHURCH

In Ephesians 2:20-22 Paul uses an illustration to describe the blessings we have in the church. In the context, he has referred to the church as a household or nation (v19). Now he refers to it as a temple. See the very similar example in 1 Peter 2:4-8 .

He describes the foundation of this temple as the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus being the chief cornerstone. This is like 1 Peter 2:4-8 and Psalm 118:22 where Jesus is also said to be the chief cornerstone. Likewise, 1 Corinthians 3:11 says there can be no foundation other than Jesus Christ (cf. Matthew 16:18 where Jesus - not Peter - is the stone on which the church is built).

These other passages make clear that Jesus Himself is the foundation. The chief cornerstone was the foundational stone in ancient architecture, from which all measurements began, so every other stone was laid in relationship to the cornerstone. Clearly this position belongs to Jesus.

  • We are built on a sure foundation Jesus Christ who is the Chief Cornerstone.
  • We are earnestly contending for the faith of True Christianity.
  • We minister to the total person; body, soul and spirit.
  • We believe in One Lord, One Faith and One Baptism.
  • We want to Love you right where you are with the Love of God.
  • We love you enough to tell you the truth.
